I do accept self pay. I charge $140 per session

I do. You will want to check to see if your insurance covers it.
How can a Marriage and Family Therapist help me?
It's interesting because you would assume that we only see couples and families right? Well, MFTs are well equipped to see you on an individual basis. We work from a systems perspective meaning that while in therapy, we will be talking about your place within your family and network and how you relate to them. In school I would always say "No man is an island." when explaining this. I say that to express that our relationship directly affect our wellbeing and health. We need to talk about that. We need to process that. We also need to learn to be our true selves in the presence of our network various personalities.
How can I verify your license?
Go to ksbsrb.ks.gov. Click on "Services" on the Menu bar, then click "License Verification". From there you can type in my name and make sure I am licensed to practice Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of Kansas.
Do you prescribe medicine?
No. I am not qualified nor licensed to prescribe or make recommendations for medication.
